Meet our team

Tokyo Medical and Dental University Competitive Ski Club.

In the summer, we do important muscle training, skiing and running in the gym or around the Imperial Palace.

In the winter, I practice in Hakuba and compete in competitions held in Shiga Kogen, Sugadaira, and other places, and spend my days completely devoted to skiing.

Many members have been skating for more than 30 days, and some have been skating for nearly 100 days.

In terms of results, the team placed 5th overall in the men's individual competition at the Kanto Chubu Ten National and Public Universities Medical School Ski Championships, 3rd in the team competition, 3rd overall in the men's individual competition, and runner-up in the men's slalom competition at the National Nursing Students Ski Championships, and 3rd in the team competition at the All Medical Championships.

Also, the members of the ski club get along very well and have fun every day.

This year, I would like to work hard at winter and spring training camps to improve on last season's results.

Project Objective

I am working hard every day to improve my skills, but I am struggling with the high cost of transportation and tools.

In particular, due to the recent war in Ukraine, boards and boots are in short supply and prices have risen.

Everyone is working part-time and saving money, but many are still struggling financially.

With so many members like this, we are forced to collect money for shared tuning equipment and entry fees.
