Meet our team
The Meiji University Athletic Federation Softball Club is a member of the All Japan University Softball Federation and the Tokyo Big Six Universities Softball Federation, and is working hard to win the spring and autumn league matches and the Akuzawa Cup.
Currently, our team has 52 players and 10 managers, making a total of 62 members. We value each and every practice and put all our effort into baseball, working towards the team's goals.
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, they had made it all the way to the top eight in the All Japan Championships, and also won the Akuzawa Cup in the spring of 2022. However, they fell just short in this season's league matches, and ended up in fourth place.
With the disappointment of the spring under their belts, all the players will do their best to win the fall league and grab the championship.
Project Objective
As mentioned earlier, although the team is aiming to win the league championship, they have continued to fall just short of the goal.
Therefore, through this project, we hope to further strengthen our connection with all the alumni who have always supported us, as well as the players' families and other related parties, and work hard as a unified team to win both the league and the Akuzawa Cup, and to become a team that can demonstrate the absolute strength of Meiji University.
We will use the items we receive in our daily practice, training camps, and matches. We will never forget our gratitude to everyone who supports us, and we will work even harder at practice to repay you with the result of winning the league championship, so we appreciate your continued support.
