Meet our team
The Kansai University Athletic Association Women's Softball Club was founded in 2010 and will mark its 14th year in 2023.
Every day, we work hard together as club members, striving to improve ourselves in a friendly atmosphere!
We place importance on being able to switch between work and personal time, and work while building good relationships with superiors and subordinates.
This year's team slogan is "Biyoon to Beyond"!
This represents the idea of working freely and making the most of your individuality, going beyond your limits and possibilities.
In addition to practicing and playing softball, the team also holds joint practice sessions and seminars with local junior and senior high school students, teams up with wheelchair softball teams, and actively participates in volunteer activities such as disaster relief efforts and donating equipment to developing countries.
One of the features of our club is that we place importance on broadening our horizons through softball.
We don't have our own grounds and are limited by our environment and time, but we all work together to think about how we can become a better team and win, and we practice hard every day, trying different things.
Unfortunately, this year we were unable to participate in the Intercollegiate Championships, which we have participated in every year, and this has been more disappointing than ever before. However, we will use this disappointment as a springboard and transform it into strength to get through this summer together!
Project Objective
We are currently practicing hard in preparation for the Western Japan Intercollegiate Championships and the Autumn League.
I was unable to compete in the Intercollegiate Championships as I had hoped, and so I decided to participate in this project in order to practice at a higher quality so that I could achieve good results in the few remaining competitions this season.
I will take good care of each and every ball that I have been given and hope to make this a fulfilling practice session.
We look forward to your CHEER UP!
