Meet our team

The Hiroshima City University baseball team belongs to the All Japan University Baseball Association and the Chugoku District University Baseball Association, and is working hard to win the spring and fall league matches and to compete in the national tournament.

Currently, our team has 18 players and 4 managers, and all of the members are themselves. Therefore, we practice every day while thinking about what we should do. In recent years, we have been able to participate in the national tournaments in spring and fall of 2022 and spring of 2023, but the wall of the national tournament is high, and we were eliminated in the first and second rounds.

We were also unable to win the league this fall, and missed out on a spot in the national tournament. Now that we are a new team, we will use this disappointment as motivation to practice as hard as we can to aim for the national tournament and even higher. Thank you for your cooperation.

Project Objective

Hiroshima City University's baseball field is surrounded by trees, so balls often go missing during practice and it is difficult to secure enough balls.

After competing in the national tournament, we need to practice more efficiently in order to aim even higher. That's why we were approached about "CHEER UP!"
