Meet our team
This is Tamagawa University's women's basketball team! We are a member of the Kanto Division 2 B League.
This year, the team has set a goal of being promoted to Division 2A, and is practicing hard every day under the slogan, "For the team."
The slogan is "For the team," which is the basis for judging one's words and actions both on and off the court, and it embodies the desire to "become a team in which all people involved act for the team."
As the saying goes, "When your attitude changes, your actions change," the slogan is not something that is forced upon you, but a guideline that allows you to make the choice of your own free will. Based on this, we will create a new culture of a winning team.
Our motto is "Let's enjoy basketball!"
The process of working hard to "make people happy, leave something behind, and contribute" through basketball is our shining moments and the fun of basketball.
When you come to watch a game, be sure to enjoy watching each and every player genuinely enjoying playing basketball.
●Results (2022): 4th place in the Kanto Division 2 B League
Project Objective
The goal of this project is to raise awareness and connect with more people about the Tamagawa University women's basketball team.
Over the past three years, COVID-19 has placed restrictions on watching games and activities, making it difficult to interact with those who support us.
We decided to take on this project in the hopes of re-establishing connections that had once been lost and increasing our contact with those who support us.
We appreciate everyone's support through personal gifts and messages, and we will give back by living up to our motto of "making people happy, leaving something behind, and contributing" in order to truly enjoy basketball.
The items we are selling today will be used at our summer training camp in August and in the autumn league matches.
During the summer training camp, we will work to improve our skills and strengthen our team so that we can achieve good results in the league matches.
Carrying the hopes of everyone who supports us through our Sashiire products, we will fight with all our might to achieve our goal of promotion to Division 2A.
