Meet our team

This is the Tamagawa University Aerobics Team. In 2022, we celebrated our 20th anniversary. To date, we have achieved various accomplishments in individual and group categories, including producing All-Japan representative athletes and winning the Intercollegiate Championships four times in a row.

Currently, we have two main activities: a competitive team and a fitness team. The competitive team aims to win top prizes in competitions, while the fitness team aims to improve health and physical strength. We always strive to improve ourselves and our motto is to "have fun" in everything we do.

Project Objective

I would be happy if this project could help raise awareness of competitive aerobics among many people.

We are currently practicing hard for the All Japan Student Championships and the East Japan Regional Championships in September. The taping we selected as our training item is essential for preventing injuries and supporting our performance. We will use the taping mainly for daily practice and at competitions.

We will do our best to bring smiles and energy to those who always support us through our activities and performances!
