Meet our team

The Ryukyu University American Football Club, STINGRAYS, is the only student American football team in Okinawa Prefecture.

All of our players began playing American football in college and have been receiving guidance from a variety of people, including alumni.

Last year they achieved their long-awaited return to the first division, and this season they won their first first division match in seven years.

Project Objective

The Kyushu League tournament is held in Fukuoka Prefecture every time, and the STINGRAYS, who play in Okinawa Prefecture, fly to the venue and stay the night before the match. This means that the annual expenses are high, and the club is currently unable to purchase all the items it needs.

Last time, we participated at the end of September, and we received cooperation from many people, and felt connected with many people. However, we were not able to achieve our goal. This time, we will ask for your help as we face the relegation match, and we would like to achieve our goal of CHEER UP! and winning the relegation match. Please support us!
