Meet our team
The Ritsumeikan University Athletic Association Semi-Hardball Baseball Team belongs to the All Japan Semi-Hardball Baseball Federation and the Kansai Six Universities Semi-Hardball Baseball Federation, and is working towards winning the spring and fall league matches and participating in the national tournament.
Our club currently has 59 members, including 51 players and 8 players in total. We practice every day with our teammates, who chose semi-hardball baseball as the culmination of their student baseball careers, toward our goal.
Although our team won the Kansai Six University League in the fall league of 2021, it has been several years since the national tournament. In the fall league, we will work together to win the championship, aiming to win the league for the first time in two years and to dominate the Kansai region.
Project Objective
Many students who choose semi-hardball baseball end their baseball careers at university. Semi-hardball baseball is different from the major sports of hardball and softball, and aims for high-quality practice by reducing travel expenses and equipment purchase costs.
In their final student baseball tournament, our club members hope to receive support from alumni, their families, and all other related parties in order to practice at the highest quality possible in order to achieve their goal of dominating the Kansai region and competing in the national tournament.
We hope to repay your support by improving the quantity and quality of our practice more than ever before, winning the Kansai League and competing in the national tournament.
We look forward to your CHEER UP!
