Meet our team
Currently, there are 15 first-year students (3 managers) and 9 second-year students (1 manager), making a total of 24 members.
・Part of the Kanagawa Prefectural University League
・Team goal: Within the top 3 in the league‼️ half to half
・Team Purpose: Baseball to enrich student life!!
We practice two days a week, usually on Fridays and Saturdays.
In addition to practicing as a team, each member works to overcome their own challenges through practice that they have devised themselves.
・We are expanding the scope of our activities to include practice matches and joint training sessions.
・We finished last in the league in both the spring and fall tournaments. Our win/loss record hasn't changed, but unlike before, we've defeated more teams. Even in losses, the score difference is getting smaller, and I feel like we're getting closer to our goal.
From now on, we will continue to work hard to improve our individual abilities as a team and achieve our goal of finishing in the top three in the league!
So, everyone please support us.
Project Objective
The main reason we decided to participate in this project is due to lack of funds. Many of the players come from rural areas and live alone.
On the other hand, the players are covering all of the costs of participating in baseball tournaments and travel expenses, so they are working hard between university classes and practice. However, it has been decided that new standard low-rebound bats will be introduced from next year, and it is expected that the members will have to bear an even greater financial burden in the future.
Although balls are consumables, they are essential to baseball. Furthermore, by having players practice at home base, we can improve the quality and efficiency of practice and, above all, motivate everyone in order to improve their skills and achieve the half-to-half goal that the team decided upon.
We would be grateful if you could lend us your support in this project, as we will not only make good use of your one-on-one time training, but also use it to motivate our members and liven up our headquarters activities.
We look forward to your CHEER UP!
