Meet our team
Nanzan University Men's Softball Club currently has 24 players and 6 managers, making a total of 30 members. We aim to be a team that can enjoy playing softball with all our might.
Our team has a diverse range of members, from those with experience in softball or baseball to beginners who started in college, but we all work hard to build a team where everyone is motivated and can enjoy playing softball.

Our team does not have a manager or coach, and the members work hard at daily practice, improving each other. Since we are only students practicing, it can be difficult, but we support each other while practicing, so we are confident in the strength of our bonds. We are working hard every day to practice, aiming to win the second division and be promoted to the first division.
However, in the spring league held during Golden Week, we ended up in 5th place in the second division league, which was very disappointing. We felt that if we continued practicing like this, we would not be able to achieve satisfactory results in the autumn league, which is the last tournament for the third-year students, so we held a meeting and discussed our future club activities. As a result, we were able to reaffirm our goals and change our mindsets individually. We will enjoy playing softball with our friends in the autumn league, which is the last tournament for the third-year students, and we will work even harder to achieve results that we will not regret.

Project Objective
Our team is run by the club fees paid by our members every month. The club fees are not cheap, and for some members, paying the monthly club fees is a burden. I decided to participate in this project because I wanted to reduce the burden of club fees as much as possible.
I also participated because I thought it would be a good opportunity for players to make connections with alumni, their families, and everyone who supports the team, and to get to know the team. With the ball that was given to us, we will work even harder in our daily practice to achieve our goal of winning the second division and being promoted to the first division, and we will do our best to give back! Thank you for your support and cooperation.

We look forward to your CHEER UP!
