Meet our team

Nagano National College of Technology Track and Field Club.

The club has 55 members, with first to third year students practicing daily in preparation for the Inter-High School Athletic Meet, and fourth and fifth year students practicing daily in preparation for the Intercollegiate Athletic Meet.

Another goal is to compete in the National College of Technology Tournament, which will be the culmination of the club's efforts. As the name suggests, the National College of Technology Tournament is a competition in which only colleges of technology from across the country compete.

I will work hard through the coming winter training in preparation for these tournaments!

Project Objective

Hard training inevitably leads to injuries.

In recent years, several players have been unable to perform as well as they would like due to injuries.

I don't want to have such a frustrating experience, so I'm going to take preventative measures on a daily basis. I use tape to reduce the risk of injury, and Aminovital to relieve fatigue!
