Meet our team
Hello! Thank you for visiting our page!
We, the Komazawa University baseball team, belong to the Tokyo New University Baseball League, and currently have a total of 49 members, including 38 players and 11 managers. Our team is made up of students, and all of the leaders, including the manager and coaches, are students.

The team is run solely by students, and in a limited environment, they work hard every day to win! As a team, they have set a goal of "conquering the nation," and with this goal in mind, they won the autumn league held in September, earning them the right to participate in the national tournament to be held in November, and the right to challenge for national dominance! Without forgetting their determination to win, the team is working hard in the short time remaining until the tournament!

Project Objective
Major challenges facing softball include a lack of facilities, equipment, and funding.
Many of our club members live alone, and all of them have to balance their studies and part-time jobs while paying club fees and other baseball-related expenses. We want to avoid players quitting baseball due to the financial burden.

However, there are transportation costs for tournaments and games, participation fees, accommodation fees, uniform and cleats fees, monthly club fees, registration fees, and because our club does not have its own grounds, we also have to pay for the grounds. Now that we have been selected to participate in a higher-level tournament, we will have to pay additional self-payments for participation fees, accommodation fees, and travel expenses. However, as we continue to practice and play in higher-level tournaments, our equipment will deteriorate and we will need to buy new equipment. Because of this, we have recently had to collect additional club fees in order to maintain our club activities, and even if we try to keep consumption to a minimum, this creates a vicious cycle that makes the members' lives more difficult every time we do this, and we are in a very difficult situation.

There are some areas that cannot be covered by club fees and support from the school, so we have decided to participate in this project in the hope of receiving your support. For the sake of the families of our club members and other related parties who support us on a daily basis, we would like to work harder than ever in practice and games and repay you with results once we receive your support. We would be very grateful if you could support us in order to improve the status of softball. All the members of the club look forward to your CHEER UP!
