Meet our team

We are the Hyogo University Wind Orchestra! Although we are a small group of eight people, we have had the opportunity to interact with local people and perform in many concerts. We are preparing for the All Japan Wind Orchestra Competition in the summer, the All Japan Ensemble Contest on January 21st next year, and our 11th regular concert on March 3rd!

Project Objective

We are able to operate thanks to the support of the local community, so we decided to participate in this project in the hope that it would help many people get to know the Hyogo University Wind Orchestra and show their support.

The items we have set as spare parts are pet sheets and alto saxophone reeds. Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, each person has brought pet sheets to every concert to use as a spit mask for brass instruments. In addition, alto saxophone reeds are essential for playing, and a single reed can change the sound.

We will use the Sashiire we received from this project carefully in our daily practice. Thank you for your continued support of the Hyogo University Wind Orchestra! We look forward to your CHEER UP!
