This is the Bukkyo University softball team!
Our Bukkyo University baseball team belongs to the Kinki Student Baseball League, and currently has 31 members: 15 second-year players, 11 first-year players, 2 second-year managers, and 3 first-year players!

We are practicing hard every day using the limited time available to students with the goal of winning the national championship! Since competing in the national championship three years ago, we have not been able to achieve the results we wanted and have had frustrating results, so this year we are working hard to make sure we compete in the national championship and win the national championship!
Our team is run entirely by students, from planning practice sessions and arranging practice matches to handling the accounting.

In order to win games, we are trying various things to improve our team in ways other than technical skills!

Project Objective

As we carry out our club activities, we are constantly struggling with a lack of funds and equipment. Many of our club members live alone, and all of our members spend money on equipment and travel expenses while also juggling their studies and part-time jobs.

We would like to ask for your support so that the current economic situation does not become a burden and cause members to give up on playing baseball. However, league and practice games require expenses such as transportation, participation fees, insurance, uniforms, cleats, helmets, catcher's equipment, and balls. In addition, the annual training camp requires travel expenses, accommodation, and field fees. As the team practices three days a week and plays practice games in an effort to win the league and compete in the national tournament, it is likely that the equipment they are currently using will deteriorate and they will need to purchase new equipment.

In addition, in order for the 30 or so players to be able to practice properly, they need some equipment, so the club members are in a tough situation where their financial situation is further strained in order to purchase the equipment.
There are many areas that cannot be covered by support from the university or club fees alone, so we would like to ask for your support this time, and have decided to participate in this CHEER UP! Project. We will work hard every day so that we can report good results for the parents, alumni, and other related parties who support us every day!

We would be extremely grateful if you could provide your support so that we can spread the word about softball to as many people as possible.
