Meet our team

Currently, the University of Tsukuba semi-hardball baseball team is in the second division of the Toho University League, but the reality is that they are not achieving the results they would like in major tournaments such as the Kanto tournament and league matches.

We are working hard every day with the goal of winning the second division and being promoted to the first division in the next autumn league.

On an individual level, there are many players who have achieved great things, such as being in the top three in batting average in the league, being the stolen base leader, or having the best ERA. Some players have even been selected for the national team, such as being selected for the Kanto League All-Star Tournament last year and for the East Japan Selection in the East-West Rivalry.

Project Objective

We currently have about 30 members in our club, and we have to spend our limited club funds to purchase equipment and use the facilities.

The team also belongs to the second division of the Toho University League, but since it is a semi-hardball team, it is not very well known.

This time, we would like many people to get to know about the Tsukuba University semi-hardball baseball team and support it.

Also, because we use club funds to purchase various equipment, including semi-hard balls, we have to practice with a very limited number of balls in particular.

We believe that if you can practice with semi-hard balls, it will greatly expand the scope of your practice, increase efficiency, and speed up your improvement.
