Meet our team

Aichi University's semi-hardball baseball club was founded in 1952. It currently belongs to the Tokai region semi-hardball division 1 league, and in recent years has participated in the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Cup All-Japan University Semi-Hardball Baseball Championship for two consecutive years. In 2022, it finished in the best 16 in the nation. Many of its players have been selected for the Tokai Selected Team and the Koshien Tournament, the national championship, and the club is always practicing hard with the aim of participating in the national tournament and advancing to the top ranks.

Project Objective

This CHEERUP was a valuable opportunity to connect current club members with alumni and those who always support us, so I was excited to participate.

The 2022 season ended with the disappointing result of finishing in the top 16 in the nation.

The Aichi University Semi-Hardball Baseball Team will not stop there. They will practice even harder with the balls that were donated in order to overcome the barrier of the top eight that they were unable to overcome in the previous tournament, and they will repay the favor by becoming national champions.

We will not forget what makes us Aichi University - fun and strong - and we will do our best to win every game, making use of our team strength and playing tenacious baseball.
