We, the Osaka Kyoiku University Semi-Hardball Baseball Club, currently have 28 members and 7 managers. In the past few years, we have not been able to achieve the results we had hoped for in the Hanshin Six Universities Baseball League, to which we belong, and our inability to win when it matters most has been an issue.

This year, with the goal of transforming each individual player into a winning team, we set our team slogan as "Thinking Baseball" and practiced every day with a strong sense of purpose.

The efforts we had made in this year's spring league paid off, and we were able to win the league championship for the first time in nine years 🏆 In addition, based on the results of the Kansai Championship and the Kansai Second Tournament, we have been selected to participate in the national tournament, the 55th Kiyose Cup All-Japan University Semi-Hardball Baseball Tournament, which was our biggest goal when the team was formed!

Project Objective

The reason we decided to participate in this project is to strengthen our practice in preparation for the national tournament. The semi-hard baseballs we are requesting support for are essential items used in every aspect of practice. However, the baseball grounds at Kyoiku University, where we are based, are adjacent to a mountain, and the balls often fly off into places where they cannot be retrieved during practice. We purchase balls regularly, but the reality is that it is financially difficult to scrape together the limited club fees.

By participating in this project and receiving support, we believe we will be able to provide more depth to our practice than ever before and improve the efficiency of our practice. In addition, having more equipment in preparation for the national tournament will also boost the motivation of our club members, and we will be able to work every day with gratitude, knowing that we are supported by many people.

This will be the first time for all of the current members of the club to compete on the national stage. They are determined to put even more effort into their practice in order to experience the joy of victory at the national tournament.
