Meet our team

We are the Chukyo University Athletic Association Judo Club. Under the motto of "Be strong as a winner," we have adopted the slogan of "Physicality" and practice hard every day.

The slogan "Physical" conveys the meaning that "without a single member being missing, each member becomes a part of the body that is the Chukyo University Athletic Association Judo Club."

Of course, we aim to achieve competitive results, but above all, we place great importance on each member's "growth" through the activities they undertake to achieve the goals they have set for themselves.

A total of 79 members, including not only players but also trainers, managers, department heads, directors, and coaches, "become a part of the body" in their respective positions and work as a unified team.

・Results for fiscal year 2022

Team competition → Participated in the All Japan Student Judo Championship (men and women)

Participated in the All Japan Student Judo Team Championship (weight class) (men and women)

Individual competition → Participation in the All Japan Student Judo Championships by Weight Class (total of 21 men and women)

Project Objective

We, the Chukyo University Athletic Association Judo Club, want to cherish our connections with those who always support us, including our families, alumni, and the local people who have taken care of us since we were young.

So we decided to use CHEER UP to "connect" with the people who always support us. The products we are hoping to receive this time are "taping" and "OS-1".

Taping is an essential item in judo, where the risk of injury is high, and the OS-1 is an essential item for preventing dehydration.

The items donated will be used by each club member to achieve their individual goals and to "grow" as "a part of their body."
