Meet our team
Hello! Thank you for watching the cheer up! of the Osaka University of Economics Men's Softball Club!
We belong to the Kansai Student Softball League and have 22 players and 7 managers.
One of the characteristics of our club is that there are no 3rd and 2nd year students with softball experience, so everyone is starting from the same line! Although it can be a little confusing to encounter a new sport, we are working hard together with our teammates!
The team is participating in the Western Japan Intercollegiate Championships for the first time in two years and the Intercollegiate Championships for the first time in nine years.
I practice every day with this goal in mind.
Project Objective
Unlike other universities, our club does not have a dedicated ground, ball-proof net, or other equipment. The feel of the ball is very different in practice and in a game, so it can be hard to gauge. We think that practicing in conditions as close to a game as possible will help us get better results!
Given the current situation, we would appreciate your support in achieving our team's motto, "From the Yodo River riverbed to the whole country!"
