Meet our team

Hello, this year marks our 100th anniversary.

This is the basketball club of Numazu Chuo High School, a high school located in Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture.

Our goal is to win the Shizuoka Prefectural Championship, and we are a total of 21 members, including 3 third-year students, 8 second-year students, and 10 first-year students, who practice hard every day. We are a traditional team, having placed third in the national championships in 2011.

Although we finished in 5th place in this year's prefectural Inter-High School Championships qualifying round, we will do our best at the Winter Cup with the aim of competing in the national tournament.

Project Objective

Our team has many students from outside the prefecture, and most of the students live in the dormitory. In addition, every day after practice, all the members eat a meal to keep in shape.

However, due to the effects of rising prices, we are currently struggling. Therefore, we ask everyone to cheer us on, and we will make the most of the gifts we receive to train our bodies and do our best to achieve the best results in the Winter Cup preliminaries that start at the end of this month.
