Meet our team

The Semi-Hardball Baseball Club was founded in 1954 and is a historic club at Chukyo University.

Although practice is limited to early morning hours, each member takes the initiative in their practice, and all members work hard with the goal of becoming number one in Japan.

In addition to club activities, we also actively participate in volunteer activities, etc., in order to develop our students as people and to create a team that is loved by the local community.

Project Objective

Through this project, we hope to hear from all of you who normally support the Chukyo University Semi-Hardball Baseball Club and work together to become the best in Japan.

I also hope to spread the appeal of semi-hardball baseball to as many people as possible and contribute to the spread and development of the sport.

We chose rice, a staple food, as the dish for the sashii-rei because we have a large number of boarding students and we want to win the game with the energy we get from them.

The team has been selected to take part in the All Japan Championships, which will be held in Osaka Prefecture this year, and is currently training hard in preparation for the event.
